If you&#8217;re staring down your own demons right now, know that help is available. Let&#8217;s end the stigma around mental illness.<\/p>\n<p>If you are suicidal or experiencing a mental health crisis, call 911 or go to the emergency department or call the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mentalhealthhelpline.ca\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ontario Mental Health Helpline<\/a><\/span>, 1-866-531-2600.<\/p>\n<p>If you have been a victim of crime or tragedy, the Muskoka Victim Services <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.muskokavs.ca\/onscene.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Victim<\/a><a href=\"http:\/\/www.muskokavs.ca\/onscene.php\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> Crisis Assistance and Referral Service<\/a><\/span> can help. Call 1-844-762-9945, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (emergency services after hours: 1-877-229-2217).<\/p>\n<p>The Canadian Mental Health Association, Muskoka &#8211; Parry Sound provides <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/mps.cmha.ca\/services\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">mental health and addictions services<\/a><\/span> to adults including crisis intervention, counselling, rehabilitiation, housing and recovery support.<\/p>\n<p>If you are age 20 and younger, the <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.kidshelpphone.ca\/Teens\/home.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kids Help Phone<\/a><\/span> (1-800-668-6868) provides free, 24\/7, anonymous counselling.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Bv9t4kf_K80?rel=0\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Don\u2019t miss out on Doppler!
