There was concern for the well-being of the dogs and they needed to be removed.<\/p>\n<div style=\"float: left; margin-right: 14px;\"><strong><broadstreet-zone zone-id=\"45658\" keywords=\"\" soft-keywords=\"true\" zone-alias=\"\"><\/broadstreet-zone><\/strong><\/div>\n<p>Huntsville OPP attended and found the room in complete disarray. In the course of attempting to locate the owner of the dogs, officers located drug paraphernalia along with a modified shot gun. With the assistance of Muskoka Crime Unit, a Search Warrant was executed and as a result, Patrick DEMARCO (26yrs) of Huntsville has been charged with the following offences:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Possession of Prohibited Firearm C.C.<\/li>\n<li>Possession of Firearm contrary to a Prohibition Order, Contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada<\/li>\n<li>Careless Storage of a Firearm, Contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada<\/li>\n<li>Possession of Schedule I Substances, Contrary to the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice located in Huntsville on <span class=\"aBn\" tabindex=\"0\" data-term=\"goog_127477551\"><span class=\"aQJ\">Wednesday March 21, 2018<\/span><\/span> to answer to his charges.<\/p>\n<p>The dogs were in good health and did not need to be seized.
