They hope to have this plan completed by June 2018.<\/p>\n<p>It is seeking thoughts and ideas to help ensure the organization understands the needs of the people who receives its services and their families.<\/p>\n<p>A short survey can be completed <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.surveymonkey.com\/r\/WDQS2B8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online here<\/a><\/span> or a paper version can be completed and dropped off in the survey box or at reception at any CMHAMPS office.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Don\u2019t miss out on Doppler!
