Huntsville&#8217;s annual Santa Claus parade is less than a month away and organizers are inviting local dogs and their owners to join in the fun.<\/p>\n<div style=\"float: left; margin-right: 14px;\"><strong><broadstreet-zone zone-id=\"45658\" keywords=\"\" soft-keywords=\"true\" zone-alias=\"\"><\/broadstreet-zone><\/strong><\/div>\n<p>The Rotary Pooch Parade welcomes canines and their people to walk the parade route together for a $10 donation to the Rotary Club of Huntsville-Lake of Bays to help cover their costs. Dressing up is encouraged. How about matching ugly Christmas sweaters? Or reindeer antlers all around? To register, contact Annie at rotarypoochparade@gmail.com.<\/p>\n<p>As with last year&#8217;s parade, there will be some entertainment for the early birds who start lining the streets to get the best vantage point: local dance groups will shimmy and shake their way down Main Street at 6:30 p.m. The parade will officially start at 7:00 p.m. on November 24 at Main and Centre and will finish at Huntsville Place Mall.<\/p>\n<p>This year&#8217;s parade theme is Making a Difference at Christmas. &#8220;We&#8217;re looking for businesses and organizations who participate to share how they make a difference in their community.
