The ride is mostly flat (there are a few hills!) and is manageable for cyclists who can ride comfortably for an hour.<\/p>\n<p>Mayor Aitchison, the Town\u2019s Sustainable Huntsville program and local sport therapy experts at The SportLab are championing the Mayor\u2019s Bike Ride to promote cycling for recreation, transportation, exercise and tourism.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe SportLab is committed to providing leadership to those in Huntsville who are committed to adopting and maintaining healthy life choices.
