Police cruisers at various locations were filled to capacity several times with less fortunate children being the recipients of new, unwrapped toys and Christmas gifts.  Since then they have returned to the communities of Gravenhurst, Bracebridge and Huntsville and were impressed with the spirit of Christmas in all the communities.<\/p>\n<p>This year, the Auxiliary members are optimistic for the same support from these communities. On Saturday December 10, 2016 from 10:00am until 2:00pm, the members can be found at the Wal-Mart and Canadian Tire parking lots. The Salvation Army will distribute the gifts to children aged from infancy to 17 years old.<\/p>\n<p>The OPP Auxiliary members are fully trained volunteers from the Muskoka and Georgian Bay communities that assist OPP members in the course of their duties.  The Spirit of Christmas is alive and well amongst these volunteers and it is anticipated that the shopping public will make this initiative successful in helping a less fortunate child have a great Christmas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Don\u2019t miss out on Doppler!
