TAKE NOTICE THAT Crescent Bay GP Corp. in its capacity as general partner for Crescent Bay LP, herein called the applicant, has made application registered as MT324612 to be registered under the Land Titles Act as the owner in fee simple with an absolute title to the above-described land, being PIN 48084-0505(LT).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

AND TAKE NOTICE THAT any person claiming to have any title to or interest in the said land or any part of it is required on or before July 11, 2026, to file a statement of objection, verified by affidavit, directed to the Land Registrar at the address of the solicitor for the Applicant set out above.  If no such statement of objection is filed by July 11, 2026, I shall proceed with the application, and any interest you may claim in the subject property may be thereby extinguished, and you may not be entitled to receive any further notice with respect to the proceedings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
