The project is scheduled to start&nbsp;as early as late&nbsp;spring&nbsp;and is&nbsp;expected&nbsp;to be completed&nbsp;by the end of 2026.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"float: left; margin-right: 14px;\"><strong><broadstreet-zone zone-id=\"45658\" keywords=\"\" soft-keywords=\"true\" zone-alias=\"\"><\/broadstreet-zone><\/strong><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>It is part of the&nbsp;District&#8217;s&nbsp;plan to increase water and sewer capacity to support 3,200 new homes in Huntsville.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The District says replacement and upgrades to aging water, wastewater and transportation infrastructure will boost housing&nbsp;and the economy&nbsp;locally and support&nbsp;the&nbsp;long-term health of Muskoka&#8217;s&nbsp;lakes,&nbsp;rivers&nbsp;and communities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cBuilding homes starts long before the construction of actual houses.
