This provides municipalities with a standardized method for updating their rates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new rates will take effect on&nbsp;January 1, 2026, based on the phased-in amounts outlined in the<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/huntsvilleon.civicweb.net\/filepro\/documents\/16329\/?preview=90853\" target=\"_blank\">&nbsp;Development Charges By-law<\/a>.
