Jamie Kirk, 34, pleaded guilty to mischief and careless driving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Court heard that on Aug. 2, 2024, Kirk became upset with another motorist he was following on Wellington Street. Kirk passed the vehicle on the right, jumping the curb and nearly driving up on the sidewalk. When the other vehicle stopped, Kirk jumped out and slammed the victim\u2019s window with his fist.
