Local residents have contacted the Town of Huntsville saying they have received phone calls from individuals claiming to be calling on behalf of the Huntsville\/Lake of Bays Fire Department carrying out a fundraising campaign for the \u201c52nd annual Teddybear Fundraiser.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The fire department is warning residents that it is in no way affiliated with these individuals and there is no such campaign. If you have been a victim of this fraudulent telephone campaign, the fire department is recommending that you contact the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre at 1-888-495-8501 or access their website <a href=\"http:\/\/www.antifraudcentre.ca.\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>Don&#8217;t miss out on Doppler!
