{"id":18232,"date":"2016-07-31T10:14:33","date_gmt":"2016-07-31T14:14:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/huntsville.dopperonline.ca\/?p=18232"},"modified":"2016-07-31T17:33:43","modified_gmt":"2016-07-31T21:33:43","slug":"convicted-rapist-steven-yearley-wanted-by-police-again","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/doppleronline.ca\/huntsville\/convicted-rapist-steven-yearley-wanted-by-police-again\/","title":{"rendered":"Convicted rapist Steven Yearley wanted by police, again"},"content":{"rendered":"<h6>UPDATE: Yearley was arrested on July 22 and is presently in custody awaiting his hearing on August 8.<\/h6>\n<p>Convicted rapist Steven Yearley, is again wanted by police.<\/p>\n<p>According to a \u2018Fugitive Friday\u2019 report posted on ontariopolicereports.com on Friday July 29, Steven Edward David Yearley, 26 of Toronto, is wanted on a warrant for Obstruct Peace Officer and Fail to Comply Probation.<\/p>\n<p>If that name sounds familiar it is because Yearley was convicted in Huntsville in 2007 of rape. He served five years in a federal prison for the violent attack of a woman on the Hunters Bay Trail.<\/p>\n<p>Upon his release from jail he moved to Peterborough where mykawartha.com reports he was arrested in July 2014 and faced 12 charges including breaching a peace bond, failing to comply with probation, mischief under $5000, possession of a narcotic, and obstruct police. Yearley was convicted and served more jail time. He was released in November of 2014.<\/p>\n<p>Police describe Yearly as 5\u20199\u201d, 150 lbs with brown hair and blue eyes. Police warn that he is considered violent and if located should not be approached.
