Rainfall warnings may be required and issued with short notice to reflect the rapidly changing conditions.<br><br>It is currently very uncertain how showers and thunderstorms in this area will evolve. Atmospheric conditions will be strongly influenced by convection tonight and early Tuesday morning over the US Midwest.<br><br>Heavy downpours can cause flash floods and water pooling on roads.<br>Watch for possible washouts near rivers, creeks and culverts.<br><br>For information concerning flooding, please consult your local Conservation Authority or Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry office.
