{"id":145944,"date":"2023-11-02T08:38:44","date_gmt":"2023-11-02T12:38:44","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/doppleronline.ca\/rwddev\/?p=145944"},"modified":"2023-11-02T08:40:50","modified_gmt":"2023-11-02T12:40:50","slug":"fayelenore-gardena-sibeon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/doppleronline.ca\/huntsville\/fayelenore-gardena-sibeon\/","title":{"rendered":"Fayelenore Gardena Sibeon"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Fayelenore Gardena Sibeon (nee Gilchrist) on Wednesday, the 18th of October 2023.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fayelenore was born in Toronto, Ontario on November 7, 1941, to the late James and Eunice Gilchrist.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fayelenore married the love of her life, Bill Sibeon on July 14, 1962, in Ajax Ontario.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They moved to Huntsville, Ontario in 1974 having purchased Fairy Lake Cottage Court. From there they became the owner\/operators of Al\u2019s Taxi for over 40 years.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fayelenore cherished her winters at her Florida home, enjoying golf and the many activities the park had to offer.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fayelenore is survived by her three children;&nbsp; Karry-Lee (Rob) Racki, Billy (Kellie) Sibeon Jr., and Leanne (John) Webster,&nbsp; her grandchildren;&nbsp; Vlasta, Joey (Anna), Adrian (Madison), Jeffrey (T\u2019airah), Jessie, Samantha (Trevor), Tasia, Kendra, Nathan and Island and her great-grandchildren Jackson, Frankie, Charlie, Sophia, Darwin, Frankie, Arlo and Remi.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fayelenore is predeceased by her brothers Bill and Ray.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>She will be missed by many friends and family members who knew her warmth and kindness.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>A &nbsp;Celebration of Life will take place at the Royal Canadian Legion,&nbsp; 21 Veterans Way,&nbsp; Huntsville on Saturday, November 18, 2023 from 12pm-3pm with words of love being said at 2pm.&nbsp;&nbsp; All are welcome to join us in celebrating and remembering all the joy and love Fayelenore spread.<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>In lieu of flowers, donations to Canadian Cancer Society would be greatly appreciated by the family.&nbsp;<\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mitchellfuneralhome.ca\/\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">www.mitchellfuneralhome.ca<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Fayelenore Gardena Sibeon (nee Gilchrist) on Wednesday, the 18th of October 2023.&nbsp; Fayelenore was born in Toronto, Ontario on [&#8230;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1904,"featured_media":145947,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[30],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-145944","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-obituaries"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v25.8 -
