{"id":138580,"date":"2023-05-24T08:59:41","date_gmt":"2023-05-24T12:59:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/doppleronline.ca\/rwddev\/?p=138580"},"modified":"2023-05-24T08:59:42","modified_gmt":"2023-05-24T12:59:42","slug":"town-exploring-paved-shoulders-along-parts-of-muskoka-road-3","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/doppleronline.ca\/huntsville\/town-exploring-paved-shoulders-along-parts-of-muskoka-road-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Town exploring paved shoulders along parts of Muskoka Road 3"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>At its May 23, 2023 meeting, Huntsville council agreed with a staff recommendation to see if the District of Muskoka could pave the shoulders on Muskoka Road 3 as it conducts other work on the road.  <\/p>\n\n\n<div style=\"float: left; margin-right: 14px;\"><strong><broadstreet-zone zone-id=\"45658\" keywords=\"\" soft-keywords=\"true\" zone-alias=\"\"><\/broadstreet-zone><\/strong><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The Town of Huntsville would be responsible for half of the cost. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> \u201cThis is an opportunity for us to have some paved shoulders for walking and biking,&#8221; noted Councillor Bob Stone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The paved shoulders for active transportation would involve two separate sections of the road.
