There they found a car that had hit a tree and Major was in the driver\u2019s seat. The police determined that she had consumed alcohol before driving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Major was sentenced to a $1,000 fine and 12 months with an interlock device in her vehicle.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the second incident, Yolanda Vargas, 33, of Toronto pled guilty in Bracebridge court to careless driving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vargas was pulled over on Sept. 8, 2022, after police observed her weaving and driving slowly on Hwy 60 in Huntsville.
