edgewood

For the latter part of 2019, the housing market was very slow.  Agents and sellers alike will tell you that the market was basically hibernating. Then the holidays passed, and the sun came out, and everyone was jumping. We at Edgewood are thrilled with an amazing six homes sold in the early part of 2020.

Maple Ridge is our intimate community limited to 18 homes in the South West end of Huntsville.  With the surge in buyers since the start of the year Maple Ridge is nearly sold out. Our selection of three bedroom semis were exceedingly popular and have completely sold out.

With open living plans and 9ft ceilings in the main living space floor, this Edgewood homes feel spacious and light.  For convenience all plans include laundry location incorporated into the floor plans, keeping our homes both beautiful and practical.

We’re finishing the last bungalow

With a listing price of $384,900 this semi bungalow is a fantastic value. Similar brand-new homes, often have additional charges such as lot premiums, 9ft ceiling charges or significant fees for basics like pot lights and quality doors and hardware.

Our final bungalow plan at Maple Ridge will be finished with our most popular extras included in the price.  Nine Cascade Lane will feature a mix of standard finishes paired with popular upgrades from the model home. The open plan and light finishes will keep this bungalow cosy and bright.

As the last available home backing onto the ridge, the outdoor space feels private yet open. An intimate deck with privacy screen finishes off this home and will make it move in ready Spring 2020.

Growing interest in High Crest

With its proximity to Chartwell, High Crest is Ideally suited for a transitional living community. Because of this Phase I will consist exclusively of cosy bungalow town homes. We thank everyone who has been waiting for their patience. Each day we get a little closer to having the details we need to move forward. If you are receiving our newsletter, you can rest easy knowing that you are on our list, and amongst the first to receive information.
