Katy McGregor, Chair of the Muskoka Builders’ Association (MBA) Home & Cottage Show, and Dean Butterwick, MBA President, presented David Morris, CEO of the Habitat for Humanity Ontario Gateway North, with a cheque for $1596.93. The funds were raised via admission and draw ticket sales from the 2016 MBA Home & Cottage Show. Habitat for Humanity Ontario Gateway North partnered with the MBA by greeting the public and collecting attendance fees.
The presentation occurred at the MBA monthly dinner meeting at the Bracebridge Rotary Centre on Tuesday, May 10.
Habitat for Humanity Gateway North plans to begin building a semi-detached home in Huntsville in June.
