The Huntsville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating an individual after an assault with a weapon in the Town of Huntsville.
On October 30, 2024, at approximately 10:10 p.m., the Huntsville OPP officers responded to a report of an assault involving a knife and possible firearm on King William Street. The victim was transported by EMS to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Police believe this was an isolated incident. However, with weapons involved, the OPP urges the public to be aware of their personal safety at all times.
Devon MCKEY is described as a 34-year-old white male, 6’0″ (183cm), 140lbs (63.5kgs) with short brown hair and brown eyes. The individual is known to frequent the Huntsville area.
