With the reveal of Highcrest‘s sales and information package in December, Edgewood Homes has had plenty of valuable inquiries come their way – everything from community location to upgraded finishing. During this “no pressure” period, a shortlist of the most frequently asked questions has been compiled below.
Can I come view the site?
The building site is currently under construction. For your safety, do not drive or walk onto the site. Heavy machinery can easily move around, but footing is unsure and precarious.
Although plenty of activity is happening because the site is currently in prep mode, there are no actual buildings/townhomes to see just yet.
I have questions about the townhomes. Can I set up an in-person appointment to talk to a representative?
At this time, in-person meetings are not taking place, however, Edgewood staff are fully accessible and happy to answer any questions by phone, email or Zoom. Additionally, a collection of photos and finishing details will be available in the coming weeks. In the meantime, feel free to send an email to email@example.com or call 705-224-4663 with any inquiries.
When can I expect to move in?
For the first release the earliest occupancy is anticipated for fall 2021.
Is this a waterfront community?
The Highcrest community is not waterfront. However, there are many beautiful lakes within driving distance. Three large lakes (Lake Vernon, Fairy Lake, and Peninsula Lake) are within a 15-minute drive, and a full boat launch and beach can be reached within five minutes.
Are these freehold townhomes?
No. The Highcrest community is a full condominium community. This means a monthly condo fee is applicable to all residents and covers all exterior maintenance (lawn care, snow removal, etc.), along with other management fees.
Have you been thinking about a new, active way of living?
Highcrest might be the right community for you. It’s not too late to register online at www.livehc.ca. Once you register, an Edgewood representative will personally reach out to you.
You will also receive the sales and information package, which includes materials such as the site plan, floor plans, pricing list, and so much more.
